It could have been great,...

Liked: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was not thoroughly cleaned and we found old food/water bottles in our mini fridge and women’s undergarments in the bed. Complained to the front desk and while they apologized they didn’t do anything to rectify the issues. They also never sent housekeeping to our room to freshen beds/linens. For such a pricey hotel this was extremely frustrating.

Disliked: At the pool are was trash everywhere in the morning broken glass maid never checked on us for towels toilet paper

Liked: We loved our room! The pool was excellent. There were several options for us to pick from.
Disliked: We did not like that parking was not included and the price of food and drinks.

Liked: Payed so much to not be able to enter to the pool, staff didn’t want to provide me more towers and I was tired so I just let that be but it was not worth all that money. I wish water park didn’t close so early and they could be more friend during my stay providing me support. Not all were bad but there were two of them I did not like how they treated my family.

Disliked: Phones didn’t work in the room.
