Disliked: Far too busy & pool area is packed . Too many chemicals in pool which ruined new swimwear in under 4 minutes

Liked: The hotel proudly presents spacious rooms, coupled with appealing outdoor amenities such as swimming pools and slides, as well as lush green areas surrounding it.

Disliked: Housekeeping not great, we would leave our room at 8.30am come back at 5pm and room not cleaned, bathrooms at pool area not cleaned during the day, they became really grubby

Disliked: You overcharged me in two different areas one he charged me for hotel fees which already paid for when I was online so I'm trying to get a t refund. And the second thing was I parked my Corvette in public parking and when I left I was only there for 2 days and they charged me 3 days. So I'm trying to get a refund for that $40. I was supposed to pay $80 instead. I paid $120. Not very nice

Great loved it

Liked: Rooms were nice, bed was hard & limited space in the shower and the toilet area, very tight like on a cruise or airplane.
Disliked: Service was okay expected better. No enough staff for what is a resort and fees charged.

Liked: Pool and food were top notch. Staff is always accommodating.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable and slamming doors throughout the night were loud.
