Disliked: Long waiting to get your car every time you needed, plus you have to pay for each night spent in the hotel . On top of that, they charge triple for the items in the mini fridge.

Disliked: We visited a few years ago, before the hotel expansion, and had a wonderful experience. However, this time it was a complete disaster. The stay was incredibly disappointing, leaving us with no desire to return. It felt completely impersonal, overwhelmed with crowds to the point of being unbearable. The hotel now resembles a massive, low-quality resort—constantly noisy with loud music.The staff's treatment was generally appalling. The telephone operator was rude and showed no interest in assisting us. It's unacceptable to have someone with such poor customer service skills representing the hotel. There was a clear lack of customer focus, with no effort to resolve issues.Room service and restaurant prices were exorbitant and not remotely justified by the quality provided. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I doubt we’ll be returning.
