Liked: Helpful staff; nice clean rooms; great location.
Disliked: Expensive valet; pool and hot tub is closed if it's wet outside.

Really good hotel

Liked: The room was great. Good gym which was super clean with great equipment and free water and even apples. Our conference was in the hotel and so it was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful and got out of their way to help!
Disliked: It would have been great if the wifi was free for the room and breakfast included.

Liked: Room, location, breakfast
Disliked: A bit far from attractions like Beverly Hills and Hollywood and no good public transport or hotel transfer (even with a fee) to such places, at least once if not twice a day.

Liked: The property was beautiful. Perfect location to where we needed to go.
Disliked: Valet parking. The valets seemed to be confused.
