Liked: Helpful staff; nice clean rooms; great location.
Disliked: Expensive valet; pool and hot tub is closed if it's wet outside.

Difficult start at registration but...
Liked: We had a problem on registration - firstly the hotel applied a daily charge which we weren’t expecting or budgeted for. Although refundable at the end of our stay it did knock a hole in our spending plans.Secondly after I had transferred money from my bank to the Chase card I’d been using throughout my stay in USA I was told that Apple Pay was not accepted at Marriott. I then had to make emergency alternative arrangements which delayed check in by 2 hours! It would be helpful for such information to be given to customers prior to arriving at the property to avoid these embarrassments and difficulties!Fortunately one of the Reception Managers ( Mauricio) stepped in to help and was very good to us throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make up for our initial experiences and we have nothing but total praise for his efforts.
Disliked: Providing accurate information about daily charges which are held against our account reducing available funds. Also that Apple Pay is not accepted - very unusual and not expected in this digital age!

A big Scam!!! Dont stay...
Disliked: This hotel is a scam!!! They're trying to steal my money. I booked this hotel, using my credit card for guarantee. They charged illegally on my credit card of $1,117 without any notice. My friend checked in, paid the room charge, checked out and was back for almost one month, the amount of $1,117 not yet been refunded to my card. I've emailed to Mr Patrick John Maldonado. Assistant Manager, Front Office many times, not getting any response!!! I cannot imagine a big hotel like Marriott dare to cheat their clients and spoiled their reputation like this!!! It's a giant professional mistake!!!
