I would stay again

Liked: loved the waterfall pool and all the landscaping
Disliked: drinks expensive

Liked: I really enjoyed the pool and the grounds are lush
Disliked: The front desk girls were not as welcoming as I feel the should be

Liked: They cancelled my reservation when I clearly told them I was gonna return with a new payment method and asked them not to cancel it

Calming and enjoyable.

Liked: Loved the pool and our room. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was newly renovated. Our family had a regular double bed room and it was quite large! The bathrooms were amazing. Calm environment away from the strip and perfect location for exploring red rock and other places in Las Vegas area.
Disliked: I didn't like that there are not a lot of choices for places to eat here. But you are close enough by car to venture out to an abundant and diverse selection off property.

Overall beautiful property but with...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the grounds, zen walk, pool was lovely and so was the spa area. The receptionists at the small desk in the Palm tower were always friendly and helpful. Answered all questions to the best of their ability . The verandas from our room were a great thing as we could sit out in the sun and enjoy sunrise and views.
Disliked: I would not stay there again probably as the smoke smell from the casino drifts in to the non smoking area and the restaurants and with asthma I am very sensitive to that. A few other things, our room was very cold and we could not adjust the heat. We had a phone that was not working , once it was fixed we could not figure out how to get messages, it was not a clear system. The receptionist that checked us in a lady with long braids and very long fingernails was not the friendliest. Maybe having a bad day. I asked about concierge and she said there was not one today but there would be one tomorrow. Her coworker at the desk said it was the concierge last day today and the lady checking us in said kind of rudely , there would be one the next day. I felt sorry for her co-worker. There was not and no one available the whole time we were there. I appreciate transparency and honesty. Housekeepers did an awesome job. One of the toilets would not flush well in the main bathrooms. Many of the workers there would answer your question but few were very friendly.

Perfect Spot for a little...

Liked: Pool was lovely. We were only there in the late afternoon but lots of chairs at that time. Room was fantastic, newly renovated. Hotel was 5 mins from the Darling Tennis Centre.
