JW Marriott Houston

Nice room and good customer service. I was just a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a robe given that it is JW Marriott and there was an issue with the shower body. However, they quickly sent us robes and an engineer to fix the problem. I had left something in the room and reported it to lost and found. I was told that they would check and give me a call back. I still haven't heard from them.

It was my grandson’s prom...

Liked: Clean and comfortable and near the ballroom that had my grandson’s prom.
Disliked: The valet person took advantage of my grandson and took his cash of $40.00 as the parking fee and told him he would let the front desk know he paid for parking but did not. Had to make a trip to the hotel with my grandson and he gave the valet manager the specifics and they credit my valet charge. I am glad they did this and it was a good learning visit for my grandson. He has never stayed at a 4 star hotel and was very happy for the experience.
