Even though I didn't get the room I requested, the room I was put in was still amazing. Everyone was very nice here - one of the staff members even made it a point to make sure my friends and I knew they were serving free champagne at the front desk. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back here. The only thing I didn't really like was having to pay for parking every time you leave the garage. Online it says parking is only $36 a day, that wasn't the case at all. That was the biggest issue.
Liked: Everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: I requested a smoking room online but was put in a smoking room; paying for parking.

It was a Saturday stay...
Disliked: Valet parking drop off was easy to miss, and I did. Had to drive around and try again. The construction going on in the building next to the hotel was unsightly. The quality of the bedding and furniture in the room was “okay” but not what I expected from a premium brand hotel. I am not saying it was bad; it just wasn’t as nice as what I’ve experienced at other J.W. Marriot Hotels

I was delighted to stay...
Liked: Very clean, nice decor! Loved the soaking tub and ambiance of the room.
Disliked: The elevators took forever and a day to get to each floor.

It was a short stay....
Liked: It was a short drive from the 713 Music Hall.
Disliked: Vallet was moved due to construction.

Disliked: There was a construction right beside my room and very loud noises started at 7am and when i complained the hotel did nothing about it and charged full fee
