Even though I didn't get the room I requested, the room I was put in was still amazing. Everyone was very nice here - one of the staff members even made it a point to make sure my friends and I knew they were serving free champagne at the front desk. I had a great experience here and would definitely come back here. The only thing I didn't really like was having to pay for parking every time you leave the garage. Online it says parking is only $36 a day, that wasn't the case at all. That was the biggest issue.

So. The stay was okay, but not what It could have, or should have, been.

Liked: Nice room with a comfortable bed, and in a good location for getting to and from Minute Maid Park to see the Yankees vs. the Astros. The staff was, overall, very congenial and helpful. Bottle of water in the room was a nice touch.
Disliked: There was a drip sound that kept me from falling to sleep. I think it emanated from the HVAC system, which had a ceiling panel ajar. I didn't call to complain because it was late when I got back. The biggest problem was that I was lied to. I used valet parking with an electric vehicle and asked if they could charge it over night. I was told they could and would. Sadly, when I got the vehicle in the morning is was not charged at all and I think I might have paid extra for it. The website told me it was $42 for valet parking, but I was charged $52 with no charge. I then had to stop at a charging station on the way home, which cost me time and another $30 to my trip.

Disliked: I didnt like the housekeeping of the hotel they always came late at the end of the day , also the elevators was smelling bad , and finally comparing to the price i pay they should have more features and services to the customer.

Liked: The breakfast was really simple and very nice. The staff were exceptional. Very warm and always willing to help. Everyone had a smile to offer and was really really nice. They made us feel at home.
Disliked: The good delivery service was quite poor. We had to ask for deliveries before they were brought to us. Unfortunately some soaps i ordered were not given to us and Im certain they are still at the hotel.
