Nice room and good customer service. I was just a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a robe given that it is JW Marriott and there was an issue with the shower body. However, they quickly sent us robes and an engineer to fix the problem. I had left something in the room and reported it to lost and found. I was told that they would check and give me a call back. I still haven't heard from them.

Overall good stay an would...

Liked: I liked the friendliness of staff and how clean it was. I disliked the fact that there was only 1 bathrobe in the room an 3 towels for 4 people. This seems like it should not have happened with this class of hotel. Also to me the bed was a little to firm for me but it was not a giant deal
