Not a great value, pool...
Liked: Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. Excellent gym. The location is top notch, right on the park. Great views.
Disliked: It was very expensive. The value is tough to justify especially with so many other choices close by. The pool is not great. Gets very little sun all the good seats are taken up quickly and there are only a few. This place is sort of the opposite of cool. It's like being in a Marriott in the US, filled with Americans. You will not get an authentic Mexican experience here.

Liked: Rooms were nice, pool was enjoyable. Good location. Could not get into room at check in time and had to haggle with staff about it instead of them offering something to accommodate. Room service food was pretty bad and elevators kept breaking down, but overall we liked our stay and would likely stay there again.

A wonderful hotel with top...
Liked: If you like staying in a large hotel, this is the one. The staff is very friendly, extremely attentive and just good people. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the location and views are perfect, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming and you’re close to museums and galleries, parks and restaurants
Disliked: There is nothing we didn’t like about the property
