Too bad, to be a...
Liked: The location, and the size of the room.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows were of very poor quality. I repeatedly asked for a pillow top to be added to the mattress and for the sheets and pillows to be replaced, but nothing was done.We also requested an airport transfer service, but never received any response. In the end, we had to call an Uber ourselves early in the morning. Luckily, we managed to get one despite having a lot of luggage.Overall, I found the service to be just okay—it could have been much better. There were many people at the reception, but they didn’t pay attention to the requests we made. I would rate it 3 stars at most.

One of the best hotels...
Liked: Beautiful interior design, wonderful service and extremely friendly, helpful staff.Position of the hotel was perfect, very central.
