A deceitful and sleazy use...

Liked: The lobby, some of the staff seemed genuinely to be trying to salvage the wreck.
Disliked: The poor experience began with an unresponsive message system through email, Instagram and booking.com; the toilet seat was disgustingly stained; the power outlets frequently hum or did not work; and we were moved around supposedly upgraded rooms to make up for such shortcomings, only to find that many of your rooms are equally noise, decadent or inadequate. The truth of the matter seems simple here: JW Marriott Berlin does not deserve the JW brand as of now, until renovations are complete, and renting out rooms before that is deceitful and harmful to the brand.

Disliked: The air conditioner was faulty, but i was offered another room.

Liked: Everything was great. The hotel is in a very quiet location, it's easy to commute with bus stops and go other parts of the city via station of Potsdamer Platz.
