Liked: The food, the staff are so friendly & professional. (Lulo & Eruka) were amazing I wish I could stay more we admire their dedication, friendliness, professionalism. They delivered 100%.

watch out for your valuables...

Disliked: a gold chain was stolen from the room and had NO help from staff or management, filed a police report and still no help and no answers at all . They were extremely slow in even talking to us and no effort was made to check who entered the room. This should be really easy with the card keys. We never expected this from a high class hotel. The management was unable to speak with cleaning staff as they only spoke arabic.
