Liked: Staff were lovely no issues with leaving baggage or asking for a later check out time. Very friendly and helpful! Room clean and big.
Disliked: Location wise a bit far out but plenty of taxis and buses

Liked: Great place, situated close to Tiergarten. The staff was welcoming, smiling and very helpful. They did make everything possible and made our stay unique and unforgettable. The room was great, gym and pool / sauna were well maintained, spotless. I highly recommend staying here.

Liked: l'hôtel en lui-même est de très grande qualité et très bien placé. le service est de qualite mais sejour gâché par un gros problème de facturation non conforme.
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, booking two rooms with payment due at checkout. But instead of just taking a standard credit card pre-authorization for incidentals (50€/night per room), the hotel charged me the full room amount FOUR TIMES, by forcing through bank authorizations without my consent.My bank flagged the activity as suspicious, and rightly so – nearly 4,000€ was debited from my account, even though the total bill was only 1,522€!I immediately informed the front desk while I was still staying at the hotel, but the staff refused to acknowledge the issue. Worse, they continued to process new charges as if the previous ones didn’t go through. No explanation. No invoice. Just unauthorized transactions that my bank considers fraudulent.This could be gross incompetence, a technical failure, or worse – a systematic scam designed to overcharge customers and keep the money.Instead of a temporary pre-authorization, this hotel charges you in advance for extras that were never used, and then keeps the cash. At best, it’s an abusive cashflow tactic – at worst, it’s outright fraud.I’m still waiting for the hotel to fix this and refund the overcharges.If they do, I will update this review. If not, I’ll escalate the matter and warn future guests.Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away.

Beautiful

Liked: Its very good and clean and just amazing as a hotel and the room you get.
Disliked: Our room was very far from the elevator and at the time we stayed, the fitness was under construction so which they made a other one but there was no water or AC. The AC in our room isnt very good either and the cleaning personel opens the window so we got mosquitoes in our room.
