Liked: Overall quality of the hotel and facilities was fantastic. Pool was great as it gave the option for young kids and adults. Room was comfy but found the beds a little hard and springy. Bathrooms were exceptional and met the needs of my whole family.
Disliked: Twin double beds in our room were quite hard and springy. You could actually feel the springs when you moved around throughout the night. Not enough to deter staying again. Just unexpected seeing as all other aspects of the hotel were great.

Disliked: The way that the chef treated the staff at breakfast - they looked scared and he just yelled at them.The Ocean View on Level 5 was not great!

Liked: Fab location! Breakfast was fab! Stunning views we were on the 22nd floor and it was beautiful! Pool with fish to snorkel is a must do, waterfalls and caves this place is heaven!
