Anniversary Stay - Good

Liked: The lighting in the room was nice. Lots of mood lighting settings. Room was stylish and comfortable. Good size TV with Chrome cast. Great gym.
Disliked: We told staff prior to booking and at arrival that we were there for our anniversary but we didn't get any suprise welcome gift in our suite which was disappointing as other hotels usually provide a welcome gift of chocolates etc. The bathroom was a bit dated. The ceiling was cheaply made and had large gaps around the rooms which didn't look complete? The bath was old with chips in it, and the plug for the bath wouldn't stay in so the water kept draining. The bed was quite hard, was expecting a beautiful soft bed for a hotel but we slept on a rock. Very basic amenities. The walls were very thin, we could hear people next door and upstairs partying. And people running down the hallway intoxicated in the early hours of the morning. Wish they had a music service, like Spotify on the TV.

Liked: The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Facilities were exceptionally standard and very clean. Buffet Breakfast was delicious and a wide range of selection.
