Great experience, loved the incentives...

Liked: The room was nice and clean and the perfect size. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were comfortable as well. We also liked the bathroom. A very big plus also goes to the direct access to the mall and other shopping and eating areas.
Disliked: Upon check-in, the attendant was lacking in personality and hospitality. She did not explain the daily gift cards well which caused me to lose out for 2 days because there was no clarity. I cannot express how disappointing it was to go to the front desk with questions only to see her there. This is in no way a reflection of the other helpful desk attendants because they were very helpful. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Great stay in center of...

Liked: Big room that was clean and the HVAC system was superb. We loved the Pure Air system too. Complementary shuttle to dinner restaurant. Lamin was great driver and so attentive. I liked having to use a key to get up to our room. Made me feel safer.
Disliked: coffee in the lobby so I didn’t have to go to the trouble to make it in the room. Two bathrobes since it was a double (two beds) room.
