Pleasant
Liked: Property was clean and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and black out curtains were great for a good night sleep.
Disliked: Room and bathroom had a smell as if someone had been smoking in it. Would be better to have some armchairs so you are not sat on the bed all the time. Would be good to have the breakfast boxes with a seal on them so you are confident no one has tampered with it whiles left outside your door. Please put a smart TV in the rooms so guests can access prime, Netflix or Disney plus.

Liked: All good. Had a take away from a local Thai and found all plates and cutlery’s in the bar. A quick perfect stay and go!

Liked: The hotel in itself is very nice. The common areas are great and I had a big room. Easy to check in and easy to check out. The common areas has games, and also a auto service kiosk that you can use with drinks and snacks.
Disliked: The pillow was too soft and the blanket too small for the bed. In my case the location was not very good because I had activities in Overhausen. Overhausen is not well connected with this hotel because probably you will need to go to the center of Mulheim and then something else, if you are not by car or taxi.
