Liked: Staff were lovely and the location was very handy for us - just off m40.
Disliked: Found a couple of long hairs in my room which is off putting but not enough to stop me from visiting again. Food was ok but pricey. Charged at room service rate but had to be collected from reception.

Liked: I don't normally say this but I was extremely happy with the level of customer services and cleanliness at this hotel. The staff were very polite and down to earth but not a fake "we just want your money kind of polite" the hotel itself smelled beautiful as you enter and all the way round too and still smelled amazing when we left. P.s thanks Alex really appreciated your manner and down to earth approach to customer services. Man after my own heart. You made our check in very easy and very swift with your personality and professionalism. Good man. Thanks again. Louis and Tom.
Disliked: To be absolutely fair I'm struggling to find anything that I didn't like about the hotel at all except for the fact that you have to pay £6 a night to park your car but then again the car park was very clean and it was secure. Not really a complaint more of a heads up if your travelling on a budget to Oxford like you do.
