Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Disliked: The parking was expensive, with very little knocked off for staying at the hotel.The vending machine took my money without receiving the item, when reporting this to reception, I was told I might get my money back, if im lucky. But the receptionist wasn't really bothered .

Liked: Wasn’t far from the main centre.
Disliked: The shower was absolutely awful, there was no flow at all.Breakfast on the first morning was not what it should have been. The actual bar was closed so drinks were very limited, plus it wasn’t open till well after 12 on the Saturday . You had to go up to the first floor for the toilet not good enough.

Liked: Short walk from the station and basically over the road from the arena.The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and very tasty.
Disliked: Our bin wasn't emptied or bed made by housekeeping. There was no hot water from the shower even though the tap waster was red hot. You couldn't get washed in the sink due to the shelf being so low.Our room was on a corner near the main road so the noise was very loud and pretty constant all night.On our last night we were woken at about 3am but an extremely loud banging noise coming through the walls. We had to ring reception to get them to sort it. The young lad who was working did come up very quickly and said it was because the room next door had put their radiator on and it was the pipes we could hear. He had to knock and wake them up.When we checked out this wasn't mentioned and we weren't asked how our stay had been
