Won’t stay again

Disliked: My second time staying at this hotel, first time the fire alarm went off all night so we had to go downstairs 3-4 times. I thought il give it another chance and the staff were very blunt. Also mentioned you can only order a drink as room service once, after that it had to be with food, which I thought was strange.

Liked: Amazing to have access to the pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast was 10/10 literally had everything available.
Disliked: The location in the back street wasn't great and the car park was already full. There were no details on how to book a car parking space.
