Liked: The staff were just amazing! So friendly, & helpful & really looked after us from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location, close to all modes of transport & within walking distance of the main retail areas. The room was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! Nice quiet location too. We had the best sleep here compared with other places we've been.
Disliked: We loved everything! The only very very small issue I had was the shower gel/shampoo dispensers in the shower didn't really work very well. Not a problem really as most people bring their own products. We usually do too but this time we didn't & I had to open it up completely to get the gel/shampoo out - as I say it did not take away from our great stay.

Liked: The Mancunian welcome was warm, friendly and helpful. The furniture was modern and pristine.
Disliked: The room was smaller than average and the decorations were decisively tired looking.
