Disliked: I didn?t like looking out my window and seeing the back of an old abandoned office block that blocked my view. The other rooms on the other side of the hotel look out on the town. A far better view. You also hear the laundry stores and delivery?s on the office block side with the staff parking area.

Liked: The room size is lovely and big, staff was lovely and could check in early. Perfect experience. Couldn?t as for more. Location was right next to the city centre.
Disliked: I didn?t like I was only there for one night, could book a week and relax.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and sanitized, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The town centre is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel and only a 15 minute drive to The warner Bros studio tour. We was a bit apprehensive at first (with it being the first time we've been anywhere as such since the start of lockdown) but that didn't last. Would definitely go back.

Disliked: The prepaid 'breakfast' was a disgrace. One ham and cheese sandwich, a bottle of water, a packet of crisps, an apple, a banana and a packet of gluten free crackers.I would love your comments.

Liked: very welcome. WeKalli greeted us on entry with a big smile and spoke with a friendly manner. Answered all our questions and made us feel are coming to stay again this wkd for my birthday. Kalli was top girl, she is a credit to you
