Liked: The Grange is located very centrally a few minutes walk from Holborn station and about 15 mins walk into the West End of London. Has a spa facility.
Disliked: The spa didnt have the loungers as advertised on posters and publicity material. Nowhere to relax properly if you weren't using the facilities.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and well situated. Lots of restaurants around and could walk to most of the stuff I wanted to do. Had a couple of lights out and they were quick to fix them.

Disliked: Breakfast was chaotic and lots of tables still unclean. I have never seen umbrellas for rent in a four star or above. They are usually free of charge for guests to lend.

Style over substance!

Liked: Location is fab. Staff were brilliant. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Shower was cold throughout stay. Air conditioning smelted a bit. The worst pillows I’ve encountered in a hotel …. possibly ever.
