Liked: Great location, great value for money, great gym
Disliked: There was a massive event on when I was there- it wasn’t really possible to access the bar. The hotel was noisy and guests were noisy near my room drinking very late.There was only a very small amount of loo roll left in the room and also an empty tissue box!

Pleasant

Disliked: The bathroom was a little tired and not so well cleaned and there was no coffee machine in the room unlike other hotels in the same chain. Also no breakfast included in price.

Ok for a flying visit

Liked: Staff were friendly and the room was huge. I was offered a free upgrade. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Lots of free parking, was given discount vouchers for drinks.
Disliked: Pool was overrun with kids even though I’d checked online to make sure swimming lessons weren’t happening, they were. Unsupervised kids were in the sauna and jacuzzi. Nearly all the seats and loungers were taken by parents who weren’t swimming. Room wasn’t that clean, lots of mould in the bath, dried blood on one of the sheets. Breakfast room was tired and many of the tables were dirty.
