A gem of a hotel!

Liked: This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We especially loved the location, it was easy to get around and catch public transport to and from the airport as well. We loved our room! We also loved the breakfast buffet!

My go to hotel when...

Liked: Location for work - re decoration of rooms is lovely - air con not working unfortunately on one of the hottest days of the year but fan left in room which worked with window open. Can’t plan for these things.
Disliked: I’ve stayed a few times now & whilst I understand the need for security at night due to the location etc it’s like the Gastapo trying to enter the hotel - I wasn’t even that late around 10.30pm- I’ve often arrived back later - doorman could have been a bit more pleasant.

good but ....

Liked: location is close to the city center. breakfast is good. Manager is super effective and was supportive. Howth can be reached with the local train and the location worth a 20 min travel.
Disliked: the person at the desk is not polite, the sink was clogged and he did nothing until the manager came. hotel needs a real renovation, they are making some paint but ....
