Liked: Friendly staff and good location.
Disliked: No aircondition. It worked fine during my stay but in warmer I think the room would be rather warm.

Uncomfortable and poorly ventilated rooms

Liked: The location only maybe bed
Disliked: Extremely poor ventilation shocked to find out there’s no air conditioning for that price and supposedly 3-4 star hotel. Don’t know how they got 4 star and extremely disappointing there no late check out

Liked: Room was a good size for family and were very clean. Staff were amazing and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the city center and opposite the hotel was a river so we had a nice view too!

Close to the centre shopping...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient. Room was a good size. Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was hot. Opened windows but was very noisy. Lot of shouting and screaming from neighbours. So had to keep them closed to sleep.

Disliked: Stuffy room .. Noise levels outside wer loud from heavy traffic . Came for a rest . Didn't get sleep... Manager was rude about an issue that was not our fault .. it was resolved later . Put me off my stay
