Clean.

Liked: Courteous staff.
Disliked: Evening meal was terrible - wife's was sent back cold. It came back to the table worse the second time. Hard to believe in a 4 star hotel - did not pay.

Very good

Liked: My room was upgraded so I had a suite with coffee machine and vouchers for food. This was a lovely surprise after a long day. The hotel is in a great location. It is clean with good sized rooms and nice toiletries. The staff are lovely and really make you feel looked after. The food in the evening was very nice (I didn't have breakfast)
Disliked: I was happy with everything and felt as though I could raise any issues with staff if needed.

OK

Liked: Location in the city was very good.Good atmosphere and clean hotel.Staff on reception very smiley and helpful.The lift worked.I only stayed for one night so I have no more to add!
Disliked: Guests in room next door noisy during the night, 2am, 3 am, 4am - loud talking and giggling, Very annoying. I only stayed for one night so I have no more to add!
