I brought my daughter to celebrate her 21st. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the view and comfortable beds.

Liked: Decor was attractive. Very modern European. Simple, not ornate. Like the big picture window. Everything was comfortable. Shower was big enough for two
Disliked: Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room. I don't like to have to get dressed to go down and get coffee

Liked: The property was easy to find. Pretty easy to walk to restaurants and attractions.
Disliked: The parking and the load in.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the whole hotel was very nice and inviting.
Disliked: The tidy-up service on our second day was done far later than expected, but this seemed to have been both due to a large number of check-outs and perhaps some miscommunication on our part.

Ok- but better out there...

Disliked: Front desk staff- overpriced for what it was

Disliked: No klenex, the light switch in the bathroom only worked with the hall light on. It was an inconvenience and the staff basically said they couldn’t do anything. Then the parking was a block away. Im disabled and it wasn’t sufficient. The end. I will never use this hotel again.
