Comfortable, clean, and well-located

Liked: The place was clean, the staff were really kind and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better close to everything but still nice and quiet. Our room was quite nice and surprisingly spacious for three people. Would recommend it if you're visiting Amsterdam!
Disliked: The only downsides were that the elevator didn’t work 24/7 and there was no mini fridge in the room.

Nice location but many faults

Liked: Good location, clean room.
Disliked: Room was tiny and noisy. You could hear everything from the room next to and from corridor (public toilet/shower). Tv was not working because of cable problem. Room scents everywhere…After reservation hotel informed that room should be paid in cash. Otherwise there would be extra cost of 2 %.

Liked: Our overall impression of Hotel Jupiter was average. The location is definitely one of its strong points — very convenient, close to the city center and most major attractions. Cleanliness was also satisfactory, and the room was kept tidy throughout our stay.
Disliked: However, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. The bathroom had a constant unpleasant odor and was extremely small — the shower area was especially cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.Another inconvenience was the room access: we had to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then go down a very narrow staircase to reach our room on the 3rd floor. This was particularly difficult with suitcases and two small children.

Disliked: The toilet was not clean. The sink was not functional at all. It takes skill to get out without wetting yourself and the floor. The bed sheets smelled. It was not easy to sleep with the smell. Fortunately, we only used it for one night to sleep. Unfortunately, you do not get what you pay for.
