Liked: This is a very cute hotel, the location is great. Unlike big chains where customized requests are not possible, the staff is nice and accommodating. There is no breakfast but there are complimentary sweets in the lobby every morning, and there's a Lidl right across the corner. Hotel is at a walkable distance from city centre, and in a very quiet area. Bonus: there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee!
Disliked: Honestly my stay was smooth I enjoyed everything!

Liked: Had an excellent time at the Jupiter Hotel. The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful, the room was perfect. Amazing value. Location was a short tram away from everything my partner and I had on our itinerary. Excellent!

expensive and not great facilities

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Narrow and really steep stairs. Elevator only to a different floor. It was not a hotel but a house they had reconverted. Shower had only ceiling hose and the controls were broken and was virtually impossible to set temperature correctly. AC was portable and required open windows and high noise. Finally there was no proper dining table neither chairs. Staff on arrival was not that friendly. Parking was in the street and expect over 60€per day

Liked: Overall we liked the hotel, special thanks for the very comfortable bed. After a long walk this is what we needed. The hotel is located so that when planning a route to the city center you will have to walk along all the streets and canals, square shops and cafes. This is very convenient.
Disliked: The elevator was not working twice, we had to go up and down to the 4th floor, which was inconvenient. There are questions about cleaning. Initially we were not provided with information about any food (for a fee) we smelled croissants in the mornings, but we could not understand whether we could get them or buy them. These services need to be communicated to guests more clearly.

Liked: Area( cheap bus from airport), friendly staff, fast free internet, ventilator because it was hot, shoe horn, bathrobe
Disliked: The shower dripped when someone showered on the upper floors. The hand soap dispenser wasn't refilled. The bed wasn't made fresh after the room was cleaned. There was only one coffee capsule, and after cleaning, a new one was provided. The ventilation in the bathroom was constantly on and made noises in the room. The mattress was very soft. You could hear noises in the hallway and neighboring rooms, especially doors slamming. The reception was not staffed at night.

Liked: The location was ideal and the area was walkable to all the major areas. Got upgraded for free.
Disliked: The bathroom was slightly small. But manageable.
