Liked: Location and quaintness of the motel was wonderful - also Darla was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I would’ve liked to have had an iron and ironing board in room- lighting in room is very dark and not much bathroom space for toiletries.

Will be back for sure!

Liked: I had a stop-over on the way from LA to Carson City. I got 2 rooms, one for myself and the other for a family member.They proprietors gave us rooms next to each other without asking!The Location is in downtown June Lake and steps from the Brewery. Also, an easy walk to both Gull and June lakes for fishing. VERY convenient. View from room and balcony of Carson Peak - AMAZING during sunrise.I did not use the fish cleaning facility, but there is one, and it looked capable.Also, there was a nice courtyard with a BBQ.Plenty of Ice from the Ice Machine.Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, before 4:00!
Disliked: The light sensor in the bathroom illuminated the whole room (we kept the bathroom door open at night), every time the AC went on. A nite-light would be better.AC unit disallowed you from opening the front window. The AC unit was good, but an open window at night would have sufficed.I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and was not happy with the motel's selection. Fortunately, there is an awesome coffee shop just steps away.

Liked: Loved the location- right next to the tiger bar,maybe 150 yards to the June lake brewery and 100 yards to the T_BAR/ Pizzeria.
Disliked: WIFI was very bad, but we did not come to the mountians to watch TV or stare at our phone so that was not too big of an issue

Liked: Perfect position in town. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Large v comfortable beds
Disliked: Maybe some more breakfast things would be good? And the wet carpet, not a nuisance, was a mystery that went unsolved

Liked: Rooms have been remodeled, nice slate floors (no carpet), comfy beds, updated shower, great location in middle of town and walking distance to Gull Lake and June Lake.
