This iconic motel was okay...

Liked: Half the price for room in August compared to nearby hotels. Good location near Ironstone in Murphys. where we attended a concert. As expected, small & old yet clean. Plastic chairs & table outside the door with an ashtray for smoking. Air conditioner kept us cool. Bed comfortable enough. Accommodating and efficient check-in person.
Disliked: Very small room & measly towels. Too few and inconvenient electrical outlets. Had to switch sides of bed for husband to plug C-Pap in at night. Chairs at table in room uncomfortable. No comfy chair. Air conditioner worked well but made clunking sounds. Had to ask for clean towels second day.

I'd stay again.

Liked: The place was simple, kitschy/cute with frog decor, clean, quiet, easy to find and had quick/close access off the main road. We were attending an event, and weren't planning to spend any time other than sleeping at the motel. It was a decent, safe, clean place to land and sleep. Not fancy, but the bed was comfy and it was a King :o).
Disliked: Powdered creamer. Bring your own creamer if you care about that.

Disliked: Have a working toilet, clean the air conditioner so that the room would not smell so musty
