Liked: On arrival Monica was very friendly and efficient. After entering our room I found the tv not working so called reception, and got a prompt response. An upgrade to another room was offered and accepted.. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: The bed was a little firm for my liking, but I find that wherever I stay.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. It is very convenient having the restaurant there for breakfast and dinner. The courtyard area was a lovely place to sit outside the room.
