Down home warm feelings are...

Liked: I've stayed at the Julian Gold Rush many times over the past 45 years. It's the only place I would stay while l visiting Julian.
Disliked: Rooms are tight but furnished as a period piece which is why I like it!

Convenient historical property in the...

Liked: A nice historical property in the heart of Julian, walking distance to everything. Rooms in the main building plus separate cottages, great for solo travelers.
Disliked: Street parking only, there is no separate lot. And the breakfast servers evidently don't know what 'Vegan' means.
