Liked: Very good breakfast, spacious and light hotel, very helpful and polite, friendly staff, well located for getting the UBahn into the city, very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Industrial view from the window

Great base for exploring Hamburg's...

Liked: Great starting point for exploring the "Speicherstadt".Spacious lobby and bright comfortable sitting area with a terrace overlooking the canal near the bar/Cafe.Comfortable, clean rooms.

Liked: Great for families. Friendly staff and lots of space for kids to play in the reception area.

Very good hotel for children...

Liked: This is a great hotel for children. Our son loved the play areas and the big lobby sofas. The breakfast was nice, maybe not great but quiet good compared to other hotels.The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and the toilet is really clean. The parking is very easy to find, with direct elevator and enough spaces even if the hotel is full. Overall it was a very good stay.
Disliked: The location is not as good as it looks. The bed sofa is - as it happens usually - not very confortable. When there was some wind, you could fill the air comes into the room by the windows, the isolation is not perfect.
