Overall a lovely few days...

Liked: Breakfasts were excellent and staff very friendly and efficient. We had our evening meal in the hotel which was also very good. Shower in bathroom very good and good size bath. Nice to have fresh milk and water for the room.
Disliked: Furniture in our room was shabby. Handles falling off etc. Jet missing in the bath tub. Would really have liked a super king bed.

Lovely hotel.

Liked: Unique, calm and lovely. The restaurant is really good. Breakfast was delicious and the room was pleasant and comfortable if a little dark as the window faces a courtyard restaurant. I stayed in one of the rooms on the upper floors before and they are much better.
Disliked: The lack of privacy in the “garden” rooms.

Lovely trip for our anniversary

Liked: The room was really cute. We really liked your waitress. Didn't get her name. She'd just returned from Australia; she took the time to ask us if we were OK. Do we need another drink. Asked us about our trip. A really lovely atmosphere.
Disliked: The bed was a little uncomfortable. The floor was a little dusty. The sink was broken, tap dripping when on cold. Told reception but didn't seem interested.

Exceptional

Will look no further for...

Liked: Location, very close to the centre. Staff were friendly & attentive. Breakfast very good value. Facilities in the room excellent. Very comfortable bed - a very good nights rest.
Disliked: Perhaps could be a little noisy at times due to entertainment from a neighbouring venue, it did not cause an issue & could not be helped.

Superb

Liked: Our view of the Minster was wonderful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, to get the good view you need to walk up a lot of stairs.

Superb location, lovely room and...

Liked: A few breakfast items were running out by the time we got there. The cooked breakfast was good and a very generous size.
