Exceptional

Liked: VERY pleasant and helpful staff !! Super clean room... we had been traveling for 2 weeks and this was one of the cleanest we stayed in. Great value for the price!

Pleasantly surprised!

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean, I love the white blankets and kitchenette. The price was very low so I didnt really expect too much, but we were a very happy with everything. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked really great too!
Disliked: I didnt like that the back door didnt lock, I dont like that random people could come in when my kids are there.

Liked: Room spacious and clean but extremely basic
Disliked: It feels sketchy. It doesn’t feel very safe. People constantly smoking outside. Weird smell in the bedroom.

Exceptional

Liked: Always clean, quiet, and welcoming. This was a Motel 6 and has been rebranded. Same good people, same good service.

Not great

Liked: It was pet friendly and there was no extra charge for pets.
Disliked: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and lumpy. No room cleaning unless requested. One pack of coffee in room for 3 days. Had to go find someone and explain why I ineeded 2 more packs of coffee. Not sound proof. No microwave. One glass in room for two people. 2 face clothes for 3 days. Not offered any more glasses, cups, towels etc. I suppose had I gone looking for someone, they might have given me more. I think Covid days are over and daily housekeeping should be a given. Seems like since hotels/motels got away with having no services during Covid, they just continued the practise. I wouldn't stay here again.
