Friendly Hotel, Would 100% Return

Liked: Great roof terrace with fantastic views of the Cathedral. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff (special mention for Irene) and good breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom a touch small but great shower. Air con wasn’t quite as cool as we like it but no big deal

Liked: Staff were excellent and couldn't have done more for you.The pool terrace was nice for a relax and quick dip
Disliked: My wife had trouble sleeping due to it being a little noisy at night/early morning. Not sure if this could be helped much due to the shape/style of the building, like a 'Riyadh in Morocco' with every room on every floor overlooking the main foyer

Liked: Beautiful facility, great location where it only takes minutes to the main attractions, and breakfast was amazing. They even cook eggs of your choice at site. Room was cozy and had a spacious washroom which looked luxurious. Very friendly staffs who would go extra miles for my requests (thanks Fran and Marina). Special thanks to Sergio whom helped me a lot during my stay, and even tried to look for chargers for my electronic shaver when it died on me. Loved the view from the terrace and the pool.
Disliked: Room was clean and tidy but there were ants on the floor. May be typical for old buildings.

V well located hotel.

Liked: Well-located hotel. Good breakfast. Nice roof terrace and plunge pool.
Disliked: A little sparse for a "boutique" hotel, and rooms a bit tight - probably OK for a weekend but limiting for longer. Seemed to be a bit reluctant to change towels and sheets, which is more relevant on a longer stay.

Lovely location and rooftop, sleeping...

Liked: The location was really nice and an amazing view from the rooftop. Also a lovely breakfast and more than okay room. Funny with the small library area above the breakfast area, but way smaller than it appears in the pictures. Also liked the atmosphere/ambiance of the hotel.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, so sleeping was a challenge. Also with the green light on the ceiling that was very bright and the escape floorplan on the door that was glow in the dark. Also very noisy as you have an open setting with the reception/common area, you can hear everything inside your hotel room. But I can be very picky.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was great. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Did not realize our room overlooked the lobby and did not have an outside window.
