Joy Hotel

Good...

Liked: I stayed at Joy Hotel in Amsterdam from 1st to 3rd August. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport, which makes it easy to reach the city centre and main attractions. There are also some shops and restaurants nearby, which was practical.The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities suitable for a short stay. Air conditioning worked well, which was very helpful during the summer. Check-in was straightforward, and staff were polite and efficient.
Disliked: Breakfast did not have much variety, and although I mentioned during booking that we would like rooms close together, we were given rooms on different floors. The soundproofing could also be improved, as some corridor noise carried through.

Great access to Amsterdam and...

Liked: Great value for money and was easy to get in and out; Parking was extra but worth it - staff were attentive to my needs and did go over and above and it was a perfect stay for me going to a concert at Ziggo Dome
Disliked: TV didnt have an assortment of channels - i speak English and Dutch - mainly had German
