Clean but noisy

Liked: It was clean and nice interior design.
Disliked: It was very noisy right by the road. I could hear every vehicle going by so I was annoyed considering we paid almost $1k per night. I wanted to like this place more than I did. Also when I checked in, the older woman at the front desk commented that I booked through a third party so she needed my credit card. I felt like she was condescending. Most places ask for a credit card anyways whether you book direct or through Booking.com like I did. I don’t plan to return.

Liked: Lovely cosy atmosphere, such friendly staff, beautiful decoration of the rooms and cosy common area’s, and our girls loved the pool :). Thank you Journey East Hampton, for our great stay! We had such a nice and relaxing time with you!

A gem of a hotel...

Liked: Great stay at Journey East Hampton and a convenient location to get out and about in the Hamptons. The room was beautifully furnished. The large bed was very soft and comfortable with cotton sheets. The shower room had luxury branded toiletries and lovely towels. Having a sitting room as well made the suite even more relaxing. Although we didn’t use the outdoor facilities including a pool lm sure in the spring and summer it will be a bonus. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend a stay here.

Exceptional

Very nice staff, very clean,...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They went above and beyond. The facility was very clean and parking was easy and close.
Disliked: The room was tiny, which was not apparent from the pictures. Our first evening and night was spent shivering as the room was very cold. Fortunately, the staff was able to supply additional heating appliances. This was not what was expected based on the price paid. To be fair, it was bitterly cold outside at the time of our stay.
