Would return to Jorvik….location to...

Liked: Location was perfect.Room size great.
Disliked: The towels provided were pretty thin and duvet on bed felt it could have been bigger.

Liked: Well presented, cosy and comfortable
Disliked: Sound proofing between rooms is poor

A great place to stay...

Liked: Spacious and clean room in a superb location, just a short walk from the city centre and tourist attractions.
Disliked: No slippers provided.

Ok in some respect but...

Liked: Upon arrival greeted well told u wot we wanted to know very cheerful woman made u feel welcome .an the room was big and spacious nice big comfortable bed an pillows mm 👌
Disliked: Was out in room 2 down stairs no view running water from other rooms and to charge same rate as the rest on a Sunday £130.00 no breakfast included .then the tv no signal . Room needed a bit of paint . I had an hot shower then the no hot water for my partner as when telling receptionist she had an engineer out somat was wrong but didn’t let there guest know . People coming in at 1:30 could hear every step and I think this room is not good or should be heavily discounted .

We'd stay again, lovely break...

Liked: Location was great, it was fairly quiet too. Room was nice, small bathroom but adequate and clean. There was also shower gel, shampoo and hand-wash.
Disliked: Just probably more personal preference but I didn't feel the bed was too comfortable. Again personal preference. The duvet cover was ripped and the duvet itself didn't look very pleasant. Just something small, I obviously wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't ripped. We were only there for a couple of nights so it was fine.I didn't feel in my opinion the price reflected what we got. The car park behind is extortionate £25 a day! Sad really as the businesses have no control over this.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff....

Liked: Great hotel in a great location. In a lovely quiet area and 5 min walk into the centre. Greeted by friendly helpful staff nothing too much trouble. Room was clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend and will book here again on our next visit.
