Liked: A comfortable ensuite room full of character, within walking distance of the station and the city centre. The room was quiet even though on the ground floor facing the street. Everything was well-designed and put together.
Disliked: Certain elements of a cooked breakfast are only available at the 9am or 9.30am breakfast slots, which was fine for us but might have been less convenient for someone with early obligations.

Will stay again

Liked: Really great location, clean and comfy and everything we needed. No kitchen or bar which would be an issue for some but as this was somewhere for us to just sleep etc it wasn't a problem at all.
Disliked: A sit down breakfast may have been a nice option but again, not a big issue for us

Liked: Good location & daytime reception staff helpful.
Disliked: I am a diabetic & needed water through the night no reception staff to be seen for a hour calling the phone no answer. No water available other than the mini bar charging anything from £1.75 - £4.00 per drink. We stayed in room 3 directly opposite the reception & kitchen. Doorbells chiming through early morning & hardly getting any sleep. Emailed to let the manager know of my disappointment for a very shallow apology & offered a discounted room for next time. If you’re looking for a hotel that charges you over the odds for water & unable to find anyone in the night this hotel is for you.
