Good

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: It took a long time for the hot water to come on in the shower. The 1st day, it took almost 10 minutes to get any hot water.

OK.

Liked: The room was fine, it was clean, a standards American room.
Disliked: The bar wasn’t open nor was the restaurant.Trying to get through 2 conventional front doors with 4 suitcases was difficult. No one to offer help. Although everything was paid for through booking.com when we got back to the UK they charged an additional USD5. I queried this and they said it was an ‘amenity’ charge to cover the parking, the pool and the arcade. It might just be 5 dollars, but if the hotel is advertised as having free parking and having a pool then this charge is in my opinion wrong. An arcade? I never saw it, it was never pointed out where it was, nor did we use it. Strange.
