The place was great and...

Liked: Location was great, very close to night clubs and 10 minutes away from the Zocalo!
Disliked: I struggled to open my door with the card they gave me. Had to tap it a couple of times in order to get into my room.

Nice hotel, very clean, helpful...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes away from downtown.
Disliked: There was some confusion regarding breakfast being included in the reservation and later with pricing.

Review

Liked: It was clean and comfortable. Like all big hotels it was sterile and pretty soulless. Staff were pleasant enough but didn't offer any advice or guidance regarding the area.
Disliked: We were provided with only one small bottle of water per day. When I asked for another I was told that I had to pay for it! That's pretty mean for something so trivial. Beds and pillows had plastic covers which weren't comfortable and we removed.

Nonsense charge for a dog...

Liked: Location
Disliked: They charged me for my service dog but didnt supply anything for her, basically we just paid more to have the dog in our room but nothing was given for the sog, not even a cup of water, or a dogys bed, not even a towel.
