Good stay

Liked: Great room, comfy and clean. Friendly staff
Disliked: Didn't realise as so close to thermal pools etc there was a strong sulphur smell in the air outside which sometimes was smelt in the hotel too

Liked: Location is perfect for shops and food places. 5 Minutes' walk to the El Zapanta Cantina Express which is the best food place I have been in Rotorua. Woolworth is just across the street. Petrol station is just beside the accommodation. Rotorua Central Mall is just a 2-minute walk.

Clean hotel with Central area...

Liked: Excellent location and easy to access to groceries, restaurants and local attractions. Pool was great and well heated and can enjoy even on cold temperature.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was limited but that's okay. Anyway it's worth for $20 per person as they provide lots of bakery items and fresh fruits.
