Liked: Standard airport hotel. Shuttle service good.

Was wanting to watch Wimbledon...

Liked: Food was great. More variety of Dilmah tea bags needed. The Staff were polite and interested in our well being. Better breakfast than what I have at home
Disliked: Didn't want or need anything more

Ok, convenient - but not...

Liked: Location and price were good, shuttle service good also but a 8-10 min walk from International Departure.
Disliked: The food - platter was the worst food we had on our holiday. No soundproofing between floors.

Great location and staff friendly

Liked: They had airport pickup and staff were friendly, location was great and everything was simple when we flew in at 11.00 PM

Liked: Perfect location for overnight stay before nearly morning departure from Auckland Airport.Quiet room, comfy bed, convenient restaurant with good choice of food.Shuttle service also excellent.

Liked: Convenience of it being close to the airport, a restaurant on site makes a big difference
Disliked: The cost of the food was too expensive for what you get.

Overall a goodnight stay

Liked: Friendly staff.Bed was comfortable. When leaving, the hotel shuttle driver was excellent, helpful and friendly, saw we needed a hand with our bags and he helped (14/04/25 around 7.30am)
Disliked: Shower pressure not that great.One of the hotel shuttle bus drivers wasn't friendly or helped with the bags (13/04/25 around 11am)

Disliked: I stay here often and have always loved it i guess that’s why we keep coming back, there was 3 of us but only 2 towels , kids always love the cookies that you get in the room , but no cookies this time
