Liked: Location was perfect, staff helpful, parking so handy, breakfast was delicious. Room was beautiful and perfect for me and my kids

Liked: The bed was so comfortable, lovely linen. The staff were helpful and friendly (your AI is talking for me). Shuttle was withiin an acceptable waiting time, given the busy time.
Disliked: coffee snack bar outside restaurant - scones were stale in the early evening - and still there the next morning at 10:00.

Liked: The hotel is excellent & is less ten minutes from the Airport which was nice especially arriving around midnight.

Liked: Easy check in. Nice shower and bathroom and big window, good tv, tidy and nice corridors and foyer, bar area and bar staff were lovely. Restaurant food was very yummy and exceptional presentation.
Disliked: The kitchenette area in room was dirty and had spilt coffee marks from previous guests, and there was no milk, limited coffee, sugar, and hot chocolate, which was not enough for 4 guests. The milk took an hour or 2 to arrive, which meant we couldn't have a coffee on arrival. The view was a wall which would have been nice for kids to have had a better view from our room. Staff at the restaurant were busy and forgetful, so service at dinner could have been much better.
