Very good stay with perfect...

Liked: Very clean. It was a big pro that the airconditioning was already on when we entered the room, considering it was hot outside. Also the service level was excellent
Disliked: The mattresses were rather soft, which wasn’t ideal for us, but that’s just personal preference.

Disappointing

Disliked: As soon as I had booked the property, I had messaged them to confirm that they had a working elevator as mentioned on their booking profile. I also clearly mentioned in my message that I had old parents with me who had knee issues and could not climb stairs, making an elevator very essential for the stay. I got a positive reply from their end, sympathising about how they understood my problem and ensured that there was an elevator, but failed to mention that to get to the elevator they would have to climb a whole flight of stairs, then take the elevator for 3 floors and then get out and climb 2 more flights of stairs to get to the room I had booked!! All this I found out only when I checked-in, talking & arguing with one solo, barely 20-something manager who was very kind & polite but had no resources or authority to take any actions to help me. I had no choice to push my parents up the stairs with no help, and no action taken for the duration of my 3 day stay at Jess hotel.My parents were unable to move out of the hotel for any outing as they did not have easy access to the elevator. Moreover, there were another flight of stairs in the room to access the master bedroom & balcony, which the property failed to mention in their profile. Obviously my parents were not able to enjoy that either. And the pull-out sofa bed in the 3rd room was like a cardboard pull-out bed. Worst experience sleeping!

Disliked: The smell - some rooms smell of sewage and it can totally ruin everything. I thought I'd just be fine for one night but I wish I had changed the hotel. My friends staying in a different room didn't have such a bad experience but they also said it smelled a little.

Liked: Perfect locationWe had an issue with a smell coming fromThe bathroom. After some back and forth managed to change rooms with the help of a houseman (thank you for the help). We were 3 and received a room for 2 just to avoid the smell. We expected a small compensation back. Received 1 breakfast day..Good views
Disliked: Bad smell in the initial bathroom we received.. we the changed.

Disliked: Wiew from the room ! in some inside background - ! scary! not plesent for to stay att holliday time.Facillity - jacuzzi, we booked a specific time as staff recommended and went to use - it was full with family and screeming child .
