Disliked: he spa zone- you have to walk to the spa zone to the different building, there were no hangers for your clothes in women’s changing room. The smell of old, not clean water in jacuzi. Also there were beer caps left in jacuzzi from previuos visitors. Tha shower door in our apartment didn’t close fully.

Disliked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I have never experienced such a terrible and unprofessional service in all my travels.To begin with, the room was in an unacceptable condition—it was dirty, and there was no water available, which is a basic necessity. Even worse, there was a bird trapped in the wall, making loud noises throughout the entire night, making it absolutely impossible to sleep.When I approached the reception for help multiple times, not only was I dismissed, but I was told that this has been happening for months and that it’s not the hotel’s fault. That explanation is completely unacceptable—if the issue is known, why has it not been fixed?To make matters worse, the receptionist I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and even cursed at me, saying they don’t care about the noise. This kind of behavior is absolutely shocking and unprofessional.I am furious and deeply disappointed. I expected at the very least a clean room, working water, and basic respect as a guest. Instead, I received none of these.
