Liked: Location was perfect, staff was helpful and polite,
Disliked: Bet was not comfortable, but i think is just ours preference to sleep on harder beds

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location excellent - right in the middle of Krakowskie Przedmieście with walking distance to the Old Town and other landmarks. Safe deposit box.
Disliked: The noise coming from the street.Part of the bedroom partitioned off to make room for the bathroom for the adjoining room. Felt like other people were taking showers next to my bed. Lack of proper housekeeping - the net and the curtain came off the rail slightly and were left hanging like that. Shower look warm in the mornings. TV signal unstable.

Disliked: Staff is not particularly friendly. Place is a bit run down.

Liked: Nice location, the staff was ok and gave us a good room with an outside square view. So kind of them. The room was a little bit small, but for a couple, it is perfect

Good location, poor customer experience

Liked: Location is perfect.
Disliked: Bedroom carpet was extremely dirty. We moved the bed against the wall because we were with a baby and below the bed were tones of things. We stay there for 3 nights and they did not clean. They only entered the bedroom only once and they did not change the towels, just fold the bed cover and that was it.
