Disliked: Absolutely different than I expected. Toilet is very congested. We never got good sleep some peoples were drung and came then knocked our door early morning around 4 am . Also the rooms are not clean enough.

Disliked: My booking via booking.com stated check in by 9pm, I received a message from the hotel ?manager approx 7pm to ask when I would be arriving as last check in is at 8pm. I explained that I was busy until gone 8 but would be there before 9pm as per their booking guideline on booking.com. Upon arrival, there was no staff from the hotel present and a guest who had checked in 5 minutes prior gave me my room key. Nobody checked my name, ID or any confirmation details. The guests staying next door were having a domestic whereby I could hear shouting/screaming and loud noises. There is a sign stating you are not allowed to bring any food into your hotel room. I am also a solo female traveller, and saw a sign by my door stating that random spot checks will be done throughout the stay, which I did not deem to be safe. This was not stated anywhere before booking.

Cheap and cheerful

Liked: The location of the property is great a few mins from coral island and central pier. The staff were lovely. Was a bit dubious at the cheapness of the room but it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Although it’s a shared bathroom it was very clean was easy enough to check in and check out so for £18 for the night definitely worth going back for a cheap night in Blackpool
Disliked: The decor is very basic and a little dated, next door where arguing alllll night which kept us awake a fair bit but that’s not the hotels fault.
