Disliked: It was not clean the duvet had just been shook and put back on it was smelling of stale sweat and had lipstick on the duvet , along the corridor to the toilet someone had smeared poo on the wall , the mattress was full of urine stains and other colours of products I stopped one night with clothes in on top of the bed and checked out next day posted the key back I should of been here 2 days 1 was more than enough

Disliked: The room was so small. There was kids running around at all hours. The toilets was an absolute joke! People was weeing all over the bathroom floor and toilet seat! As a woman I hated going to the toilet! And the shower was no more than a dribble and was freezing cold water. There was NEVER any milk or coffee in the hotel I was there for 6 nights and only had 4 milks in the room. I had to buy my own but I didn't have a fridge to store it honestly awful establishment! There was junkies all over the hotel honestly I couldn't wait to leave! I saw the owner once when he checked us in other than that he was gone!

Disliked: The whole hotel had a weird smell to it, there were stains on the walls and the shower needs a good clean, you only get a bedroom with no shower or toilet and have to share a shower and toilet with other people that are staying there and there were a lot of things under the bed Like disposable vapes

Disliked: Owner son was drunk really bad, threatened my step son to hit him, he also was making me, my partner and family feel uncomfortable. Calling me crap at pool and trying to take over the game. Mentioned to his dad who is main guy he replied old news. Telling us shouldn't be going out front for a fag when no where else to smoke. Paid 430 for 2 rooms and have been before which was a good time. Ontop of all this one of double mattresses had massive wee stain which didn't realise for 2 days and nights, brought to management's attention got told you sure your son hasn't done it which felt so degrading and disrespectful to customers of 7 kids. Telling us old news his son threatening 15 year old right in his face. Terrible people and disgusting hotel. Shower was absolutely filthy and full of dirt. Owner/manager sleeping in bar downstairs on the sofas that customers sit on. Electric wires exposed in room. The main manager is disrespectful and not professional so I can see how his son is same and hasn't been back since what he had done. Whilst his dad the main guy disregarded our worries and the state of the bed. Will never be back again I feel so disgusted.
