Such a wonderful place to...

Liked: The room was so comfortable and clean. It was a bonus having a balcony. The album cover art/prints were a fun touch.
Disliked: feather pillows rather than synthetic would have topped my stay

Great location

Liked: Great location, easy access to train station and tram stops. Spacious room with all the essentials, fully equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer.
Disliked: Bed mattress was way too soft, it sank in the middle so if you suffer from back problems it is not ideal.

Good

Liked: The location was perfect (about as good as it gets in Melbourne) and the premium room was spacious with an amazing view, with a great balcony. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice kitchenette with coffee etc. Breakfast was tasty, typical Continental style, and Queen Vic Markets are literally just around the corner.
Disliked: As a hotel under new management, the staff seemed a little out of their depth when it came to running the place

Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: Room was spacious and well facilitated. Bed was very comfy.
Disliked: There was only one coffee pod! We had a balcony but there were no chairs to sit out.
