Great place for the price...

Liked: The short walk to Victoria Market was nice and the bed is so comfortable.
Disliked: I think the quality of food could be better at the restaurant hotel but I think it’s okay for bar food but not so much restaurant quality.

Liked: Location pretty central for Melbourne and across from tram line and a parkRoom was large and comfy bed Fabulous shower
Disliked: Got a kitchen (I have allergies so like to cook) but ZERO cooking equipment - absolutely nothing!! We were told we could rent pots and pans!!! Check in was quite abrupt and you had to sign pages to get a room I personally don’t like bedrooms in the middle of the space with no air or light

Liked: Location is very good. Less than10minute walk to Queen Victoria Market. Near park. Spacious living room with kitchenette. Not crowded with building. Can enjoy the garden view from the room.
Disliked: Improve the toilet cleanliness will be better. So far nothing to complain.

Great staff, great location, great...

Liked: The staff were fantastic. They accommodated my request for an early check in. There is a Jazz venue in the basement under the hotel. I was given a complimentary ticket and had a really enjoyable evening having dinner and listening to great jazz. Melbourne at its best.
