Too quirky for its own...
Liked: The hotel is located in a wonderful part of Vienna. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the main tourist sites aren't too far away. it is well placed for public transportation as well. The rooftop bar is a lovely place to sit and end your day, although the beer on tap could be better kept.
Disliked: This hotel is a bit too quirky for its own good. We had to change rooms the first night because none of the electronics (hotel communication tablet and television) worked. There was no seat in the second room. The shower is open to the room so if you are travelling with someone else you should feel comfortable seeing one another naked. Each room has a record player, which is cute, but they mostly just take up space where a table or chair might go. All of the lights are controlled by one switch, with the exception of the bedside lights, so if you get up in the night you have to navigate the room in total darkness or wake the person you're with.

Great hotel, I hope I...
Liked: I really liked this hotel. Great location next to Mariahilfer Str., underground station and close to city center. Great design of the hotel, gramophone in the room (you can borrow vinyls in the hotel for free), good breakfast, friendly hotel staff, bar in the rooftop with a nice view over the Vienna., the room was very clean. Would not hesitate to book it again - and probably I will in the future :)
Disliked: Could be cheaper, plus parking in the hotel garage is quite expensive (around 40 EUR per night) - but at least it is available as I cannot imagine parking in the streets around the hotel.
